La Moraiola is a charming, freestanding Tuscan stone barn with a private, fenced-in garden. Located within the rural village of Borgo le Balze, you can enjoy complete relaxation and tranquility, surrounded by vineyards and valleys with a wonderful view of San Gimignano. The house is located 1.3 km from the town’s historic center, which you can also reach on foot. Inside, it features: a kitchen, a living room with a sleeper sofa, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a bathroom, a main bathroom, an outdoor patio, and a sunroom.

We had a lovely stay at La Moraiola. The setting is spectacular and the lodging is exactly as described - comfortable and perfect for our group. Our host, Egizia, was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay - always responding quickly with helpful answers (and great restaurant recommendations). We highly recommend this villa!!!!!

Exactly as advertised, clean and spacious. Lovely property and pool, very quiet and great for relaxing. 20 minute walk to town, which is exactly what we expected and wanted.
