Well maintained spacious apartment in a historic building.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely old building full of character. The apartment was clean, very spacious, and had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, a great night’s sleep, no outside noise. Our host was efficient and very helpful. We also appreciated the workout provided by the four flights of stairs, which helped us work off some of the holiday treats!

The air con was a bit noisy, but good to have.

Highly Recommended

Everything about this place. Responsive owner, very helpful. Helped us with our luggage. Walking distance to City centre. Kids loved the stay. Great breakfast option. We were truly well looked after. Thanks Antonio

disaster

only the location

This property is an absolute disaster and a complete waste of money. Everything about this place screams neglect, discomfort, and false advertising. The so-called centralized heater didn’t even work properly — and when it did, it made loud, disturbing noises all night, making it impossible to sleep. The beds were uncomfortable, and the blanket provided was filthy and of terrible quality. The WiFi signal was practically nonexistent, and there were no basic kitchen items like cutlery, which made the “kitchen” completely useless. For the ridiculously high price, the rooms were tiny, cramped, and nowhere near what was shown in the pictures. The bathroom was so small it was almost unusable, and to make matters worse, no toiletries were provided. The property is located on the 4th floor with no lift, so be prepared to drag your luggage up endless stairs — an absolute nightmare after traveling. Overall, this was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. I can’t believe that Booking.com allows such unhygienic, noisy, and misleading properties on their platform. Avoid this place at all costs — it’s a scam, a headache, and a completely miserable experience.
