About this apartment rental
Our apartment is located right in the heart of Florence, just a short walk from Piazza Santa Maria Novella and all the major tourist attractions. It has just been renovated with the help of architect Giulia Cerliani in a modern and refined style, featuring Italian designer furnishings and high-quality materials. It’s the ideal choice for those who want to enjoy downtown Florence in a comfortable, modern, and elegant setting.
The space
The apartment, located on the second and top floor of a small, historic building in the city center (no elevator), is a unique space. It features a living room with a sofa bed and a modern kitchen fully equipped with all necessary appliances on the lower level. On the loft, on the upper level, there is the bedroom and the bathroom with a shower.

Beautifully updated suite with all the conveniences located on a quiet street just outside the busy touristy area. Kitchen was great, and bed was comfortable. There are several good restaurants within a couple of blocks, three on the same street. The train station is a 10 minute walk and the river is a 5 minute walk. I would definitely recommend this suite, though the stairs might be challenging for anyone with mobility issues.
