We liked the area and the restaurant downstairs.
Тhe apartment was worn and very noisy, making it impossible to sleep with the windows open.
One bedroom faced the inner courtyard, almost directly onto the restaurant’s kitchen. It was very dark and noisy, with noticeable cooking smells. There were also no hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels or clothes.

Very close to restaurants; shops and even the Duomo.
No handrail in the shower room. One easily slides off after shower. No holder/s for bathroom soap/wash shampoos

La posizione centrale e facilmente raggiungibile sono i punti a favore.
La comunicazione con il cliente è stata insufficiente. Sono riuscita a mettermi in contatto con loro solo una sola volta tramite chiamata perché avevo bisogno di organizzare l'early chech-in (fissato poi alle 10:00 durante la chiamata) e qualche dettaglio per il nostro arrivo (festeggiavamo un addio al nubilato e chiedevo qualche piccolo allestimento); successivamente non ho mai ricevuto alcuna risposta ne tramite portale nè tramite chiamate e messaggi: fino al giorno stesso non sapevo se mi avrebbero ricevuta all'orario concordato e infatti così è stato. Nessuno era presente all'orario concordato telefonicamente. Ho chiamato tempestivamente l'assistenza di booking che hanno provato a contattarli senza successo. Sono stati irrintracciabili fino a che non mi hanno contattata loro verso l'ora di pranzo. Noi nel frattempo abbiamo cambiato tutti i piani e abbiamo viaggiato con le valigie. Con il proprietario abbiamo trovato una soluzione e sembrava tutto chiarito e sistemato se non fosse che, dopo qualche ora, ricevo chiamate e screenshoot da un numero whatsapp.. era il socio della persona con la quale avevo parlato poco prima al telefono che gira per errore a me lo screen della mia richiesta di allestimenti (destinata ad un collaboratore, penso) con il messaggio:"Fai una cosa carina compra due fiori delle rose , qualche cazzata per fare contento", facendomi capire che non solo non avevano minimamente preso sul serio la mia prenotazione dall'inizio, facendomi venire a vuoto al mio presunto early check-in ma anche che non avevano mai letto le mie richieste fino a quel momento. Quando ho risposto alla chiamata whatsapp, ho cercato di fargli capire il mio punto di vista e come mi fossi sentita presa in giro, l'unica risposta fu:"ma il messaggio non era per te", siccome non ci capivamo, ho lasciato perdere e ho cercato di non farmi rovinare l'umore della giornata. Ci sarebbe altro, ma ho esaurito i caratteri consentiti.
