Nice location, decent room

The room was big and close to the station

The bed were pretty uncomfortable and the keys were not easy to retrieve

Big, bright, clean.

Really big space, clean and tidy. Ideal location. Had everything we needed.

It is up multiple flights of dark stairs so I wouldn’t recommend if you have a disability.

Absolutely NOT recommended.

Horrible Stay – This Property Should Be Removed from Booking.com I booked this place based on the photos and description on Booking.com, but when I arrived, I couldn’t believe my eyes. Nothing matched the photos – what was shown as a cozy, clean apartment turned out to be a dark, damp, and borderline unlivable space. The shower didn’t work properly – water was leaking and spraying everywhere, and it was barely usable. The bathroom floor was constantly soaked, and there was water damage and visible humidity on the walls, especially near the floor. It smelled like mold and rot. The hallways looked like an abandoned building, dark, dirty, and extremely unpleasant. Walking through them felt like being in a dungeon from ancient times, not a modern accommodation in Florence. The exterior of the property was equally disturbing – not at all what was advertised. Honestly, I’m shocked this place is even listed on Booking.com. It’s misleading, unhygienic, and completely unacceptable. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable for a single moment during my stay. I strongly urge Booking.com to inspect this property and consider removing it from the platform. No traveler should have to go through this kind of experience.

Value for money

The owner has sent us an email with all the details. It helped us to easy access for the property.

There doesn’t seem to be a cooking hob or hot plate available. It would be great if one could be provided.
