Don’t worry about the weather as we’ve added a pergola to protect you from the rain or snow. ✅ BACKYARD: The large backyard is a playground of adventure with plenty of yard games to unwind and play and make memories. We love a little friendly competition with family and friends, so we’ve included a mini soccer field and spike ball. ✅ FIREPIT: The backyard also features an inviting, custom built fire pit to gather around and immerse yourself in warmth and laughter. Our firepit is smokeless and wood burning, making it the perfect spot to roast smores! ✅ DECK: A vibrant outdoor living space awaits right off the kitchen, complete with a large deck adorned with string lights, colorful patio furniture and a BBQ grill. ✅ WASHER DRYER: Brand new washer dryer for your use so feel free to pack light! ✅ PETS: Pet friendly home- $100 per stay, maximum 2 pets We named this house the Blue Ridge Playhouse because we truly want it to be a space for families and friends to connect, laugh and create lasting memories. You can enter the house from the front door opening into the living room. You will have access to the entire house except one locked owner’s closet. Other Things to Note 1. Alcohol/Drinking is not allowed in the hot tub and absolutely no glass is allowed in the hot tub. Do not sit/stand on the Hot Tub Cover. 2. Smoking is not allowed in the property 3. There is a front door camera in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the camera (including by disconnecting the Wi-Fi) you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection! 4. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. 5. Please make sure everyone in your group is aware this is not a party house, and our housekeepers take time stamped pics before and after each reservation 6. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM 7. Please note that we are available from 9AM to 10PM every day. There may be a delay in hearing back from us outside of those hours.
