About this apartment rental
Old Florence 1930 is a spacious and bright apartment, ready to welcome you with all the comforts you need. Just a short walk from downtown, the convention center, and Careggi University Hospital, it is well-served by city bus and tram lines and has excellent connections to the airport. It is also easily accessible by car, as it is outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and located on a street with ample parking. Surrounded by shops and supermarkets, it offers a quiet and relaxing retreat, perfect for vacations with family, as a couple, or with friends, as well as for business trips. Both bedrooms feature a double bed and a desk, while the living room offers three additional sleeping spots thanks to the large double sofa bed and the fold-away single bed.

We loved the aesthetic of the apartment and all our communications with the hosts were incredibly helpful and smooth. It’s a bit back from the city center, but still walkable to the sights and to a tram that brings you to the main train station.
