Die Lage der Unterkunft ist absolut perfekt. Viele Highlights der Stadt sind fussläufig erreichbar, so dass man auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nicht angewiesen ist. Es gibt schöne Bars und Restaurants unmittelbar in der Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unproblematisch und daher das selbständige Ein- und Auschecken kein Problem. In der direkten Umgebung konnte das Gepäck bis 15 Uhr unproblematisch gelagert werden. Ein Supermarkt in ca. 2-3 Min Entfernung sowie eine Bäckerei ermöglichen es, ohne großen Aufwand ein paar Basics wie Getränke und Frühstück zu besorgen.
Wir waren als Familie mit Kind (11 Jahre) dort. Für ein Kind war das Schlafsofa in Ordnung. Für Erwachsene wäre es aber wohl weniger geeignet.

Esta muy bien ubicado, en zona de bares y a unas 15 cuadras del Duomo. Se puede cocinar, y que a 1 cuadra haya un supermercado hace que sea muy conveniente

Location, Location, Location!!!! Perfect walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping, etc. It was perfectly located for what we needed. The style of the loft, was nice, the furniture could use some attention. Parking could be tricky, if you opt for street parking. A couple of garages nearby.
Here are the biggest gripes that I had: The curtains/window treatments were not blackout and I felt that people walking past could see through the spaces where the curtains/window treatments were not flush with the windows and the light from the sun woke us up before we were ready. The second was the a/c timer. The a/c turned off automatically at 2300 and it was very warm. There is a smart house controller and without instructions it was difficult to navigate to get the a/c's to turn on. Once we got the a/c's turned back on, at 0200, they were off again and it was very hot. The furniture was a bit worn and the sofa bed is terrible. felt the bar through the cushion. The hot water was a scorcher and I actually burned myself where I should not have......
