The accommodations are located in an exclusive area of Milan called “Città Studi,” home to the most renowned universities—which attract students and researchers from around the world—as well as leading healthcare institutions.

It is very well connected by public transportation:
- Just 400 meters away is the “Argonne” stop on the M4 Blue metro line, which takes you to the Duomo and the city center in just 7 minutes (get off at “San Babila”). Milan Linate Airport is also reachable in about 8 minutes.
- The tram stop (Line 5) is right outside the building, and in just 15 minutes you can reach the CENTRAL STATION.

The Polytechnic University, the National Cancer Institute, and the “Besta” Neurological Institute are all within walking distance.

The apartment is for guests’ exclusive use and features two generously sized bedrooms, both equipped with queen-size beds, Smart TVs with Netflix (free account included), a laptop workstation, and closets. One of the bedrooms also features an en suite bathroom and a private balcony.
Equipped with all amenities: elevator, ultra-fast Wi-Fi (fiber optic), and an efficient heating system throughout the home.
A crib is also available upon request.

The home features an elegant double living room with a dining table for 6 people and a relaxation area, complete with a 55" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with Netflix and 2 comfortable, high-quality sofas. The sofa bed, which comes with a soft topper, converts into a comfortable double sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests. The property also provides a selection of board games.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cookware and appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine. Capsules for a good cup of coffee, assorted tea bags, salt, sugar, and oil are provided.

The two bathrooms feature a full set of bathroom fixtures, a hair dryer, a Luxury Collection Welcome Kit with shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap, and a set of towels for each guest.
A state-of-the-art washing machine is also available, complete with detergent capsules, a drying rack, and an iron.

Services such as breakfast, airport transfers, bike rentals, linen changes, or housekeeping during your stay are NOT available.
We provide guests with the entire house, so it is not possible to leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out. We’d be happy to recommend some luggage storage facilities.
