Wen't for a concert nearby the area, and the property serves it purpose in terms of location
Noise isolation is not great; and there were some people in weird plans staying right next, Also you are forced to give a 300 euro deposit in advance, not even knowing the state of the property, so you are able to gather the keys, as everything is digital. Once I also experienced some trouble entering and the communication was poor. Moreover, they don't give covers, nor water and just one toilet paper for a group of 4 people!
