Dreadful , unhelpful very upsetting

Cute little place

Couldn’t get in for hours because there were no instructions and the key safe was not visible , Aircon unit pumped out hot air in August!! No response when locked out for ho!

Don’t let the cheap price deceive you, you’re going to be regret

-

Its smelly and no hot water after we arrived even the owner fixed it for us in the end but it takes a while. Dirty floor and the refrigerator is also dirty inside. You couldn’t open the cabinet in the upper floor otherwise it will fall down everything. No tissue papers in the toilet we needed to get the new one by ourselves and the apartment is old. The blanket was too thin also the carpet seemed didn’t clean and u have to wait for the toilet to be flushing another round for a while and all the pictures are fake

We demand a compensation.Booking.com should protect its costume.

It was a nightmare. The apartment was infested with fleas. Also in bed.We were covered in bites. The itching ruined our trip to Milan. We asked the owner to come and clean it. He refused to respond. It was unreasonable. We demanded compensation! There is no microwave,no oven, no lampen and electrical sockets next to the bed
