The room was very clean. I had a very refreshing shower with good water pressure. The complimentary breakfast is very generous with good food options. The buffet staff uses good hygiene. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, 5 minute walk to Il Duomo and Galleria. Many food choices around.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any questions or recommendations. The hotel itself was spotless—my room and all the common areas were exceptionally clean and well maintained.
The location was another huge plus. It’s conveniently close to everything, making it easy to explore the city on foot, with restaurants, shops, public transportation, and major attractions all within easy reach.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with outstanding service and an excellent location.

The location was the best aspect of the property. Only 5 minute walk to the Duomo. Our room was a little noisy due to trams that passed by. Breakfast was good and front desk staff was very helpful!!
