The only reason I gave this 4 stars was their valet service was not good. Upon arriving, I waited for over 45 minutes and nobody showed up to provide me a ticket. I ended up using Public parking. If you offer a service, you should have it properly staffed. Otherwise, nice hotel and clean. Thank You.
