We arrived late and soaking wet due to weather and transport issues. Our host kept in communication and stayed back to meet us and provided extra towels and a warm welcome. Location was opposite the bus station which made arrival and departure easy. Local bus was a 20 minute ride to the old town. Restaurants and supermarkets close by.

Great location if you need to easily get to the bus station the next morning like we did. Two good restaurants right next door. Luka, our host, was super helpful and kind.

Luca was very helpful! There is no elevator but he hauled our heavy bags for us. The room is very modern and clean, WiFi was fine. Easy walk to the port and the bus stop for Old Town is right there at the entrance. Highly recommend!

Ora Luxury Rooms are immediately opposite the main bus station in Dubrovnik making it a perfect location for airport transfers (€15 euro return) and buses every 10/15 minutes into the Old Town (€5 return or included in €40 Dubrovnik day pass). The host Luko was an absolute gentleman, meeting me at the bottom of the steps (only about 10 of them) to carry my suitcase to the accommodation and the same on departure. Just let him know what time you are arriving. The rooms are immaculate and well equipped with kettle, glasses, hair dryer and fridge. The accommodation is in the port area but it felt very safe and there are cafes seconds away. I felt it was the perfect choice for my needs.
