Great hotel location is prime close to both squares. Rooms were all remodeled. Clean. Working elevator in amsterdam is rare too.

Hotel was clean and quiet, The staff were very welcoming and helpful for finding locations around them. Breakfast is very good. We arrived early and wanted to stow our bags so we could get lunch but were able to check in early. They also kept our bags on check out day so we could visit a nearby museum. 100% recommend this hotel.

Maintained. The front staff was friendly and l engaging. We encountered an issue our first night with the air conditioning but the staff resolved the issue by changing our room and gave us an upgraded room which was appreciated.
