This place needs some improvement. There is no physical check-in. Everything is done virtual and the link they shared with me didn’t work at first. You need WiFi to open the doors the first time. Also the keys get jammed and it’s hard to open them. There is no elevator in the building and the room is in the 4th floor. The rooms were dirty and the bathroom had mold. The whole apartment smells like humidity when you walk in. There was only one small mirror (bathroom mirror) in the whole apartment. The lights were dimmed, there wasn’t much light. The AC was weak and didn’t feel cold. The shower doors leaked water when you shower. There was no soap at all and not enough toilet paper for 4 people. The floors and furniture were dusty. I took a picture of the bed rest all dusty. Also it was noisy all night because the walls are so thin. You can hear the steps from people above. There was a locked door in the middle of the apartment that at night you could see light coming from. We heard noises and it freaked us out. One of the beds is a pullout couch and it was so uncomfortable . The pictures make it seems nice but it is not.

5 / 10

Location was perfect. Property exactly as shown in images. AC was great. Couldn’t have been better, really. It was an amazing stay.

The room is dirty, the toilet seat is broken, it was on the 3rd floor, the shower is full of mold, there was no soap, the bathroom door doesn't close because it's swollen, there are no curtains for the sun, the walls are dirty, and there is a lot of noise both from outside and from the tenants upstairs.

10 / 10

Everything was great. Check in was a bit confusing so make sure you have phone service to open the doors.
