Great location to everything you need and want without a ton of traffic. Parking was available during the week. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of amenities that we needed. Provided a few laundry pods, dish soap and paper towels. Did need a couple more blankets and dish cloth but we made due. Checkin and checkout very easy-keep your emails with the information because you need all the codes to come and go.
Text support was very helpful for me, to confirm anything I needed as I was nervous about not being able to find a parking place in downtown GVL. It was all so simple and I wasted time worrying about it. Go and enjoy the city and the Mint House. We’ll be back.

Maybe because I am tech-disadvantaged or because I was already stressed, I had issues checking in, but once I got a live person on the phone, she walked me through it and was the most kind and patient person at a moment that I needed that in my life. I was in town to visit my dying father in Hospice and my mother in ICU. The one good thing was the lady on the other line not making me feel stupid, nor was she rude at anytime. It may have been a small thing to her, but it was a huge thing to me. Once into my room, it was everything advertised and more. Complimentary high-end waters awaited me as well as a clean and comfortable place to stay during my visit.

Three bedroom and two bath unit was beautiful and within 2-3 minute walking distance of the falls and downtown. Easy to book, and the check-in and check-out instructions was easy. Within 6-8 driving minutes to Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Loved our stay.
