Clean comfortable rooms and decent breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Several restaurants within walking distance of 5 minutes or less, ask the front desk for their recommendations. Free parking.
We stayed here after a day of visiting Niagra Falls.

Overall, this is a well-run and reasonable place to stay. There was some mishap here and there but the staff took care of things.
Pros
+ Breakfast is simple but very good
+ Parking is free and appears to be monitored
+ My room was relatively quiet aside from the a/c, YMMV
Cons
- No shower curtain so water sprays all over the nearby floor
- Very loud cooling system
- One elevator for everyone that is a little slow
Mixed
• Having the sink separate from the bathroom is both amazing and terrible
