Daniel and the entire staff were wonderful. Hotel was perfectly located conveniently for walking to all sites. Hotel very clean, breakfast was great and bar & lounge perfect for after day touring. This was my second time staying at Golden Tower and would recommend it highly. See you next year.

I stayed three nights in this hotel and loved the location in the Strozzi square. The breakfast food was tasty and nicely presented, and fresh coffees and specialties drinks were prepared on demand. Like most Italian hotels, the room was small and the plumbing a bit antiquated. I had trouble getting hot water from the shower but the hotel sent a maintenance person up within 5 minutes to help. Perhaps the best thing about this hotel was the staff. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and did everything in their power to make our stay pleasant.
