This accommodation is NOT SAFE and under no circumstances should you stay here.

I had a number of serious problems with this property. A complaint will be made but the short version: - I was told I could check in early and when I arrived this was not the case. - This property is clearly a HMO which comes with dangers. The door had no lock and my room was entered multiple times while I was out and my belongings searched. - The bedding had clearly not been changed and there was visible bits of dirt inside the bed. - The room was messy when I first moved in, with a number of women’s clothes still in the room and in the wardrobe that was very messy. - I seemed to be the only one who bothered locking the front door to the property as the door was always unlocked every time I interacted with it. - The shared bathroom was filthy and there is a large divot / dent in the floor. - A towel wasn’t provided, the WiFi wasn’t provided. I asked some questions when I moved in which were not answered by the host. - I was on the top floor, and the entire house I saw was filthy. - As there was no lock I would always leave items stand against the door so when I returned to the room I could see if someone had opened the door. I used my water bottle when I headed out and twice the bottle had been moved. The first time the room had clearly been searched and a random Polaroid photo was placed under a pair of my shorts in the middle of the room. - To the above point, when I went to sleep I forced my trainers against the door so I would know if someone attempted to come in. Both mornings I woke up to my trainers being nowhere near the door. The trainers were a quarter way from the door on night one and they were thrown on top of my clothes the second morning which are not close to the door. Someone entered the room multiple times as I slept. This accommodation is NOT SAFE and under no circumstances should you stay here. The only reason I stayed the second night is I’m a large man travelling alone with no possessions of value.

The owner was easy to contact and helpful.

No curtain on window. No lock on door. Smoke detector in pieces. No towels (although we didn't ask / shouldn't have to) Bed uncomfortable.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE - NOT SAFE

Unfortunately there was nothing that could have been liked about this place

Outside the property overgrown with weeds very scruffy. The 'family room' was on the third floor sharing with another room and a bathroom. The bedroom was absolutely horrible. Small room with a bunkbed, locker filled with books and used chargers and plastics and wardrobe filled with other person's clothes and shoes. A full wash basket also in the room. No curtain or curtain pole on the front window. No WiFi, no tea/coffee making facilities, one used towel for the shared bathroom which was a bath with a tap shower head and a toilet. Mirror wasnt cleaned. Biggest fear was bedroom door could not lock so had to prise the curtain pole against the door to feel safe as person in other room was living there and in his pyjamas. This property is NOT suitable for booking especially when also the front door is impossible to open with the key that you are given so had to wake up the owner to gain access to the house. A full refund should be given for this property. It was disgusting and filthy and if I could have found another place I would have.

Muy bueno en relación precio calidad El único tema es que la habitación no tiene llave, pero es muy seguro y tranquilo El barrio hermoso Conexión con el tren en edge hill , a una estación de liverpool lime station .espectacular. En conclusión 8 puntos .recomendable.
