Our stay was pleasant, comfortable (avoiding the slight suffocating sensation). I would stay again not in summer but in

I liked the location, very good to visit different places. Good space in there. The flat is beautiful, modern l, well distributed. Easy to get into and host were too kind and Cristal clear with the details to enter to the flat.

I didn’t like haven’t has A/C (I went in summer). The place wasn’t hot but I felt like a slight suffocation for the first 5 minutes every time I got into. The windows were too night to be open for me. The ceiling fan weren’t enough.

Good location

Very well connected, simple room but enough for a short stay.

The stove shown in the pictures was not actually available in the apartment. We were also contacted during our stay as they needed to bring someone in to take measurements. While we understand this may be necessary, the communication felt quite pushy, and they wanted to access the apartment while we were not there. Greater flexibility and consideration for guests’ schedules would have been appreciated. Additionally, a security deposit was required, which was not clearly advertised in advance. This was unexpected and should be communicated more transparently to guests

i hope the owner will find another agent that is approachable

nothing

I was disappointed with the virtual agent receptionist his named is Ricardo, as they seemed unapproachable and unprofessional. The property was very dirty when we arrived; the room had not yet been cleaned. It appeared that it had just been occupied, so everything was messy. The toilet was flooded, towels were on the floor, and the bed had been used. Upon our arrival, the agent told us to wait because the room was about to be cleaned. However, it was already check-in time, and the property was still not ready.
