The location was great and the price really good for that location. The one staff I saw was lovely, although we had quite a few language issues as she didn't speak English and very little Italian and I didn't speak French and Arabic - and very little Italian. She had a translator on her phone though and communication by text was clear. The bed was comfortable and the room clean and well equipped with a hair-dryer, kettle and fridge.
I had a single room and it was a bit pokey with not much natural light. The door and walls were quite thin as well, so you can hear other guests in the next room really clearly. I got glimpses of other rooms and they were bigger and had proper windows and I think for the price the room was fair. I'd recommend bringing earplugs for the night if noise bothers you.
