The room was an excellent size and we actually got upgraded.
Nothing really.

Excellent location and all staff friendly and helpful.
I think the only negative was waiting for the elevators, but understandably difficult with such a large clientele

Room is spacious, modern and clean. Easy walk to the Wan Chai MTR station. Quite a lot of restaurants nearby. This was our third time staying at the hotel. Will definitely come back and hopefully get a harbour view next time☺️
