Bad service

The appartment was clean and well located

The service was very bad. They have a call center to connect with them to book an appointment to get the keys. The call center had a terrible service. The person who answered was talking on top of you, not listening at all. Then we asked to leave our small luggage in the apartment or anywhere as our train was leaving at 1pm, so we wanted to leave the luggage for just 2 hours. The call center was super rude and did not provide any option.

Perfect for 1 night , central for sight seeing and easy to get around on metro from here.

Great location

4 / 10

Very bad communication with the host.

The location is close to the metro and the central station.

Very bad communication with the host. We announced that we would arrive at 8.30 pm and yet we were told to announce 20 minutes before arriving at the location to send an assistant to open it for us (it doesn't have a key box, you have to wait for someone to come and open it). We did this at 8.10 PM and after we arrived we stood in front of the apartment for more than 40 minutes. The first thing we were told was that we had to check out the next day at 10.00. The apartment is on the ground floor, very busy. The windows open onto the street and offer no privacy. The kitchen is poorly equipped, it has nothing consumable. We used toilet paper as kitchen towels. Basically, apart from plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs and 3 cooking pots, you can't find anything else. There were 3 of us and the linen was missing for the sofa. I sent a message to the host and I haven't received any message until today. I fixed something for the third person. The shower cabin doesn't even have a small holder to put the shower gel on. You put it on the floor every time. Yes, it's a small thing but it's not comfortable. If you want to ruin your stay, come here. It's frustrating not being able to communicate with the host and having to wait in front of the apartment building and not having your phone answered, especially when you're told that if you're late after 9 PM you'll pay a 25 euro surcharge and they came at 9.05 PM to open the door for us.

Room was okay. Communication with staff could be improved

Good WiFi, enough space for family of people, very close to metro station, sofa bed was set up in advance.

Slow/no response from apartment staff. No check in information was provided proactively from them, so I needed to contacted them around noon on the check-in day. A staff called me and told she will wait for us at 3pm - no flexibility for early check in. We arrived on time but the staff didn't show up on time. Called the staff but no proper explanation nor apologies. If you decide this place, I would recommend you to expect 30mins buffer on check-in schedule. Also, I send a message to ask for WiFi access and clothes hanger & drying rack (the room has washing machine but for drying machine). There was no response for 2.5hrs and I ended up to call the staff. Then, they provided WiFi access info only. Location-wise, we didn't find nice supermarket, restaurant, etc nearby. You can take metro easily though.

Gute Lage, einfache aber zweckmässige Wohnung. Preis-Leistung gut.

Torneremo presto

Ottima posizione e struttura spaziosa
