About this house rental
The apartment is located within the Tenuta Quarrata farmstay, nestled in the hills between Pisa (just 30 minutes away) and Florence (45 minutes away); in less than an hour, you can reach all of Tuscany’s most beautiful art cities, such as Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, and Volterra.
The apartment features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, but the highlight of this apartment is the large private garden with views of the hills, a BBQ area, and sun loungers. You have access to the agritourism’s swimming pool (12 x 25 meters!)—open from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (with evening swimming available)—as well as to the tennis court located in the beautiful olive grove. At the estate, you can dine three times a week at the restaurant, which offers traditional Tuscan dishes prepared using extra virgin olive oil from the estate’s numerous olive trees; you can also purchase the oil on-site.
