Originally built in the year 1000 AD, our villa has undergone a lengthy and meticulously planned restoration.
Today, as a result, guests can enjoy the extraordinary views offered by its unique Tuscan hilltop location.
This gorgeous villa, which has been beautifully furnished with the latest modern amenities, offers all the comforts one could wish for a memorable and truly unforgettable vacation. The villa is rented as a single unit and consists of two separate apartments, connected by an interior door.

Two large living rooms, a wonderful kitchen with magnificent arched windows offering a spectacular view of the valley, and one bathroom; one spacious double bedroom, one bathroom with a large shower, a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a separate dressing room, and a large en-suite bathroom with a shower.
First floor
Two large living rooms with a large fireplace (perfect for reading), a bright kitchen with panoramic views and a terrace, and one bathroom; a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a large double shower in the en-suite bathroom, one large bedroom (queen-size bed), one twin bedroom, and another bathroom with a shower.

You can enjoy a spectacular swimming pool with a jacuzzi (8×3.3 meters) furnished with sun loungers, rocking chairs, a super-relaxing double hammock, a table, and chairs… all with an amazing view of the Florentine hills. How nice!

You can rent the villa (11 beds) with exclusive use of the swimming pool or rent the entire property – Il Colle di Sotto villa + cottage (15 + 2 beds) – with exclusive use of 2 swimming pools and a jacuzzi.
Both the villa and the cottage have been completely restored with original terracotta floors and reclaimed wooden ceilings, showcasing the best of contemporary Italian design with a very cool, clean look. Both are equipped with heating, Smart SAT TV, Wi-Fi, a DVD player, and a stereo with CD player, as well as an automatic gate, a parking area, and a spacious, private garden.

In the villa, the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning, while the cottage has air conditioning only (in the sleeping area).
