The Casa Guardiavigna apartment offers the chance to enjoy a unique and extraordinary experience, full of excitement and joy.
Located just a stone’s throw from the small medieval village of San Gusmè, it is surrounded by beautiful vineyards, woods, and flower-filled meadows.
Free on-site parking with an automatic gate.
The apartment, featuring a classic/modern design, is tastefully and thoughtfully furnished and equipped with every comfort. It is on a single level and consists of a living room with a sofa bed featuring a memory foam mattress, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, toaster, kettle with a selection of teas, and a moka pot for coffee. Two spacious double bedrooms (one with two single beds), another double bedroom with a king-size bed; a crib for infants is available upon request. An utility room with a washing machine and iron, a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries, and two balconies overlooking the vineyard, the medieval village, and Monte Amiata in the distance. The soft colors of the classic-modern decor will help you enjoy a completely relaxing stay.
You’ll have access to a garden of about 80 square meters with olive trees.
The gazebo can accommodate up to 6 people, where you can eat, have a barbecue, or enjoy a drink while taking in the beautiful view of the vineyard!
