The first apartment on the first floor spans a generous 200 m² and accommodates 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Here you’ll find stylish furnishings, a terrace with breathtaking views, two bathrooms, a cozy fireplace room, and a spacious living room. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking and offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

The second apartment on the first floor spans 105 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms. The spacious living area features an old arched structure and impressive arched windows offering a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside. From here, you have direct access to a lower terrace, the courtyard, and even the nearby vineyard. This apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom.
