About this house rental
Ours is a unique section of an 18th-century villa, equipped with all modern amenities and carefully renovated in 2021. It features hardwood floors throughout, is spread over two levels, and includes a beautiful, fenced-in 100-square-meter garden for the exclusive use of our guests. Air conditioning is available year-round. Just a 4-minute walk from all the shops and public transportation, which will take you to Florence in 15 minutes—and then back to this oasis of tranquility and elegance.
The Space:
Set within a beautiful private park, our home is arranged over two levels and features, on the first floor: a spacious living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a modern and fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishes, oven, induction cooktop, and everything you need to feel at home. A convenient laundry room with a state-of-the-art smart washer-dryer and a bathroom with complimentary toiletries.
On the first floor: a spacious master bedroom with a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with complimentary toiletries.
Opposite the living room is a beautiful, 100-square-meter private garden, fenced in and equipped with a barbecue where you can relax while enjoying a delicious meal seasoned with herbs from the small vegetable garden. Two exclusive parking spaces round out the amenities of this gem.
Upon request, an extra single bed for children and a high chair are available free of charge.
Guest access:
Vehicle access to the grounds via an automatic gate. Entire property available for guests’ exclusive use.
Other things to keep in mind:
Small dogs are welcome for an additional fee of €30 per stay.

Our stay at this home in Florence was truly the highlight of our trip. The house itself was incredibly charming—cute, peaceful, and tucked away like something out of a secret garden. It felt like a quiet retreat from the busy city while still being perfectly located to explore everything Florence has to offer.What really set this stay apart was the owner’s hospitality. She took the time to personally greet us, walk us through the home, and thoughtfully explain the surrounding neighborhoods. Her tips on navigating the city made a huge difference and helped us feel comfortable right away.We stayed in several homes throughout our travels, but this one was by far our favorite. It had the perfect balance of comfort, character, and care. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.
