The location is just 20 meters from Piazza De Ferrari in the center of Genoa. The room has a lovely terrace with a wooden table and bench, as well as two plastic chairs. We stayed in a triple room with a private bathroom. The beds were large and comfortable. The bed linen was clean and changed every three days, while the towels were changed every second day. The owner provided us with an electric kettle and three tea cups.
My daughter got stuck in the elevator, which remained out of service for the rest of the day, but it was working again the following day. The accommodation is located on the second floor, so we used the stairs instead.

Brilliant location. Quiet and great value for money.

Extremely central. Lift access. Allowed early drop off of luggage. Good price.
Room was on the courtyard side and anyone talking there, from neighbouring rooms or properties, sounded as if they were in the room with us. Luckily that stopped reasonably early though so we still had a good night sleep. The host was a little strict and automated in his manners.

Central location, very cheap
It’s very basic, with shared bathrooms which are not to a great standard

"The lady that cleaned our room and bathrooms was very thorough and everything was exceptionally clean each day. Clean towels and bedding were provided frequently. Amazing location."
