About this apartment rental
A 100-square-meter apartment that has just been completely renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including a microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and Nespresso machine. Two spacious double bedrooms with desks, two bathrooms—one en suite—both featuring large shower stalls. A washer and dryer are provided. Air conditioning in all rooms. The Cenisio and Gerusalemme metro stations (Line 5) are a 7-minute walk away, and the tram stops for lines 14 and 12 heading to the Duomo are a 5-minute walk away.

Dario is a gracious and helpful host. He recommended some great restaurants and helped us understand getting around Central Milan. The apartment is sparkling clean and is artistically appointed with interesting pieces, much of which is made in Milan. Having coffee available for the first morning is very much appreciated. Washer and dryer were new and appreciated. The apartment is modern and the building is old and interesting. The mosaic tile floors on the ground floor are classic Milan and the hardware is reminiscent of a bygone era. My favorite was the elevator! It made you feel like you were back in time when necessary things were elegant. I definitely recommend this place for the true experience of city living in Milan.
