La casa delle Rondini is a newly renovated apartment in the heart of the Florentine Chianti region. It is located 5 km from the center of Montelupo F.no, from which you can easily reach Tuscany’s main destinations. This townhouse features a separate entrance and a small adjoining patio with an outdoor table, arranged over two levels. On the first floor is a kitchen-dining area; on the first floor are a bathroom and 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a queen-size bed, and one with two single beds. A crib is available upon request.

Our family of 5 had a fantastic stay at The House of Swallows. Everything was just as described. Chiara was super welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. The beds were really comfortable - perfect after a full day out and about. She also gave us some awesome local tips, including a biking tour that ended up being one of our favourite parts of the trip. Highly recommend!

A lovely well appointed property with all that you could want in a short stay. Our stay was impacted by a train strike so suggest asking the host before you go to Florence. Clean, and well fitted out. Smallish living area - though we were there for day trips only. Bedrooms were great. AC fantastic - though instructions to turn it off would be useful. Value very good. Would come again definitely.
