This is a beautiful and spacious apartment with a spectacular view and in a great location. However, the service and attention to detail was lacking. Our check-in process was very rushed and not very smooth and when I had questions about how to open the building door or operate the combo washer/dryer, no one was able to assist us and the representatives from the management company were not timely or helpful. The other comments about the property needing some TLC are also accurate — there were spiderwebs with many fleas on the ceiling, and virtually all of the pillows on the beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable. It is a shame as the property could be exceptional if the service and cleanliness were improved.

While the property was nice the air conditioning was not great. Especially in the master suite. We reached out a few times and they sent someone to the property a few times to fix it but it did not help. It finally got a bit better half way through our 4 day stay. We asked for a fan on the second day which they delivered.
