Stylish 70 sqm two-bedroom apartment in Parque España, CDMX, in Roma. Accommodates up to four guests, in a queen bed in each of the two bedrooms, and has a terrace. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave, and Wi-Fi. Downstairs there is lift access and a private entrance.
The Space:
It has one bathroom.
The bedroom has fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, iron, and room-darkening shades.
In the kitchen: stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. A workspace is available too.
The bathroom comes with towels, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap and hot water.
Guest Access:
The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.

The best thing about this apartment is its location on the border of Roma and Condesa and its view of Parque España. Also, the property management company is extremely responsive. I emailed them at 7 am on New Year's Day about some tiny thing, and they immediately got back to me. That happened several times. They are really A property managers. The apartment was very clean and neat, and there is a wonderful Argentinian restaurant and a cafe immediately downstairs. Also, Mexico City's wonderful public bike system has a station immediately outside.The downsides are 1) One of the two bedrooms faces the street where this restaurant is, and garbage trucks do come by rather early in the morning. We turned our computer into a white noise machine, and that solved the noise problem. 2) The apartment, while neat and clean and so on, is quite bland. It is decorated with muted colors and rather generic art--it seems like an investment property rather than someone's cozy home. I would be perfectly happy staying there again but I also wouldn't particularly look forward to it.
