About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on the second floor of a typical 18th-century building. This bright two-room apartment, overlooking Via Palazzuolo, features a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a large bedroom with a cozy sitting area and a smart TV. The new, modern bathroom has a spacious shower and is equipped with everything you need.
There is air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
During the renovation, care was taken to preserve the originality of the historic building as much as possible. Modern, high-quality furniture creates a special atmosphere.
Bed linens and towels are provided, as are coffee and tea.
The apartment is located about 15 minutes from the Duomo in the historic city center. The main train station is about 500 meters away. There is a paid parking garage directly across the street or 150 meters away.
The city of Florence charges a fee of €5.50 per night per person over the age of 12. Since we use a self-check-in process with our guests, we ask that you pay the fee when prompted.

The apartment is completely remodeled and very clean. The host provides an ironing board, iron, pans, cups, basically all the basic necessities. There is a washer but keep in mind that it is shared with the other unit the host has next door. The apartment is in a good location, only about a 20 minute walk to the city center and even less to amazing restaurants.
I could not give the property all stars because of the noise level outside, specifically at night. Noise during the day is considered normal considering there are many businesses on the same street. The noise level at night is awful, on every night I was awoken by the screaming and laughing outside.

Pictures don’t do this place justice, very charming, with cool ceilings and lights. Plenty of space to spread out and a good location close to the train station and sights. Communication with the owner was great and they were very responsive when we had a minor plumbing issue. Definitely recommend

We had an incredible stay. The place was absolutely perfect. It was so nice and helpful having all comforts of home. Hosts were super helpful and very quick to reply. All the instructions were perfect. It was a pleasure to stay here.
