We would love to share our beautiful lakefront home with you and your family. There is lots of space for having fun and entertaining. Spacious 3000 sq ft, 4+ BR (3 Master Suites), 3.5 BA home with open floor plan. Located on the 4.5 MM of the Big Niangua arm.
This home offers the benefits of living on the main channel without all the noise and traffic. Perfect for spending time with the family for a weekend getaway, a family vacation or even a family reunion or wedding. Sleeps up to 14 people. This home has two large decks that run the entire back length of the house, relax and sun on the lower deck and dock, or enjoy the beautiful views of the lake from the upper deck. You might even see a bald eagle!
Boat and jet-ski rentals available. The dock offers 2 - 10 x 24 boat slips, as well as 2 large swim decks. Public boat ramp available and on-property trailer parking. Start your vacation in Style!

Great spot and you can rent a boat nearby from Margaritaville Marina. Host very communicative and quick response. Kitchen had way more than I expected. Blender, coffee maker, plenty of pans and casserole dishes. It was a great size and lots of room. Dock was amazing or relaxing with plenty of wrought iron chairs and a table. Great for swimming and fishing. Newly redone it appeared. If you are coming with someone with difficulty getting around on stairs, I would recommend getting the house above to go with it for your seniors. Great view there. Bedrooms on upper floor for easy of loading and unloading to the bedrooms. Stairs were very doable the only reason I mention is because I thought about bringing my parents and was glad I didn't they are 82 and 91 and would have had a hard time with the stairs. We all took advantage of the pool table and ping pong. I highly recommend. Very clean! Don't miss the fridge in the laundry room too great for extra space for drinks etc.

It is on a really steep hill and you have to watch doing down & back up. The property outside needs some work cleaning around it. The boat deck creeped a lot loudly. Inside the house needs some upkeep done. Pets are allowed but no place for them to use the bathroom except on Concrete and Woods that are on a steep hill. The bedrooms are nice but the bathrooms need better showers and worked on. The living area, kitchen, dining area and pool room is all a big room which was very nice. Outdoor deck was nice you can see all the boats, etc on the lake. The host was very nice & if I had a question he answered me right away. The air conditioner froze up 2 or 3 times but he was on it. We had ten of us in our group and we gave our vacation a 8 out of 10. We also was told a storm went thru the week before. Swimming off the dock was fun. Thanks to our host.
