Welcome to Maison Careggi—a spacious and bright apartment in the Rifredi neighborhood, a 5-minute walk from Careggi Hospital and 10 minutes from Meyer Hospital. The ideal base for family members of hospitalized patients, healthcare professionals on business trips, or anyone who wants to experience authentic Florence without the chaos and high prices of the historic center.
THE APARTMENT: Two spacious bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with twin beds), a living room with a double sofa bed if needed, a bathroom with a tub and shower, a fully equipped kitchen for serious cooking, and a washing machine. High ceilings, soundproof windows, and central heating. Private parking included.
GETTING AROUND: The T1 tram stop is a 5-minute walk away—15 minutes to Piazza Santa Maria Novella. Peretola Airport is a 10-minute drive away.
A HIDDEN GEM: Less than a 10-minute walk away are two of Florence’s oldest Medici villas—the Villa Medicea di Careggi, a favorite residence of Lorenzo the Magnificent, and the Villa Medicea di Castello, whose Renaissance gardens have been an UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2013.
