Detached cottage, all on one level, set in a park-like garden with parking and access through a private gate.
The cottage features one bedroom with a single bed, two bedrooms each with a double bed, two bathrooms, a living/dining room with a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are three large covered patios with tables and chairs. Private picnic area with a barbecue.

Located in the hills outside Pisa in a quiet area far from traffic, smog, and noise, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature, yet centrally located for excursions to cities of art and culture and the beaches.
The owner and his family live on the property and are very discreet, so your privacy is guaranteed, but they are always available to provide information, tips, or assist with guests’ special needs.
You can go for walks or bike rides, swim in one of the two pools, play table tennis, bocce, volleyball, and badminton, or simply do nothing at all and just relax.
The pool is shared with guests from the other villa.
