About this house rental
This house, located in the marina of Guardiola—a little-known town on the Salento coast of the Adriatic that offers easy access to the sea (rocky coastline) with numerous small natural pools ideal for children—provides the perfect setting for a vacation focused on nature and relaxation.
During the day, you can admire the cliffs along this stretch of coastline by exploring the many trails that wind through the area, or simply relax by the sea. In the evening, enjoy a barbecue on the terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea.
The house, nestled on a large private lot that ensures privacy, features a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, TV, and induction cooktop, as well as a convenient dishwasher; two double bedrooms with spacious, illuminated built-in closets; and a modern, spacious bathroom with a shower.
Although the stone exterior and surrounding trees help mitigate the summer heat, the house is also equipped with an air conditioner in the living room capable of effectively cooling all areas. The windows are fitted with mosquito screens. Outside, you’ll find a spacious panoramic terrace, partially shaded and furnished with a table, chairs, lounge chairs, a built-in barbecue, and an outdoor shower.
