Villa Tea is an exclusive, detached villa with a breathtaking ocean view. Just a stone’s throw from the sea, it features a hot tub (service available upon request for a fee) and a private pool surrounded by greenery. The villa is set in a refined, elegant, and peaceful—but above all, safe—setting. Just 150 meters away is a stretch of shallow rocky shore, while the Caribbean-style beach at Fontane is 2 km away Bianche.La. The villa is furnished in a modern style and equipped with every comfort, including a smart TV, air conditioning, and mosquito screens in every room. There is a barbecue area with tables and chairs where, under a gazebo, you can enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors while sheltered from the heat. On the first floor, a terrace with pergolas offers a place to relax on sofas or soak in the hot tub with a view of the sea. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need: sheets, towels, beach towels, and all personal hygiene essentials (shampoo, body wash, intimate wash, hand soap, toilet paper, etc.), housekeeping supplies, and everything needed for the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, coffee, milk, plastic plates and cups, paper towels, dish soap, etc.). The villa features: a double bedroom where a single bed and a crib can be added; a triple bedroom consisting of a double bed (or two singles, depending on your needs) and a single bed (which can accommodate a total of three people); a loft bedroom with a double sofa bed complete with a box spring and mattress, accommodating a total of two people; a living room with a double sofa bed where, in my opinion, two children or one adult can sleep; the kitchen features an induction cooktop and is fully equipped (there is no dishwasher by personal choice); an utility bathroom with a washing machine and an outdoor shower with hot water; a veranda furnished with sofas, a table, and chairs; a barbecue area with a gazebo, tables, and chairs; the property is rounded out by a garden with a pool and lounge chairs for sunbathing. The parking area is private and fenced and can accommodate up to 2 cars free of charge. Additional free parking spaces are available outside the property. For direct contact, call +393290662146.
