Great place and we would definitely stay again. The set up is rooms with no actual host rather than a guest house with a host but that worked for us. Room was a good size, huge comfortable bed, interesting modern design, looks newly renovated. Excellent bathroom. Coffee and tea provided in room, along with a breakfast snack. Very clean and quiet. We stayed 2 nights and the room was cleaned on our second day, which was appreciated. Perfect central location with the Duomo, the Castle and the main shopping areas in walking distance. About 25-30 mins walk to both Centrale and Porta Garibaldi stations, or good public transport links if needed. The area of Brera is quite affluent and very vibrant with a lot of lovely restaurants and bars so great evenings out can be found on the doorstep. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this accommodation for a special romantic occasion as it is relatively basic but it definitely ticks every box for anyone wanting to use the room as a base for exploring the city. Excellent value for money too, as the centre of Milan is expensive.
Door codes for entry and exit get cancelled at exactly 11 am day of check out - no leeway. We made it out of the building in time but then got stuck behind the street gates at 11.01!! Fortunately someone living in the building arrived after a couple of minutes so we were able to make our escape!

Perfekte Lage in Mailand. Zimmer hat gute Größe, es ist ganz ruhig. Die Sauberkeit ist perfekt.
Der gesamte Check in and out läuft über whatsapp, klappt aber gut.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, great location in Brera, good value for Milan
The door unlocking situation was a little weird especially on checkout when I thought I might have trapped myself in the parking lot for a second

The location is in a fantastic area with good bars and restaurants around. It also has great links to other parts of the city. The room itself was very clean and modern, and exceeded our expectations. It was a very nice touch to have the complimentary drinks refilled in the fridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always available to help over whatsapp
