You could make things more complicated, but not by much

Location was mostly quiet

Unreasonably complicated entry system which is tied only to one phone. If you dont use a smartphone, your phone dies, looses reception, or has no internet - you are locked out. So in case of a medical emergency, threat, or you just need to get into this place fairly quickly, good luck! There is no backup apparently. Also, be ready to provide a photo with your passport and a photo of yourself at the door, aswell as photos of all your documents for all of your guests. (Managed by a management company not the owner, so impersonal attitude is the key, allthough tried to solve things, for instance, sent a handyman before approving the visit with us) For an extra bonus, one broken mattress in one of the bedrooms, couch made, instead of two beds, for no apparent reason, broken shower door, non working hob and a washing machine without a working centrifuge. Overal state of the apartment is quite grim and unwelcoming unfortunately.

Good short stay in Milan

Nothing to complain. Spacious, clean

Great apartment in great location

Well located in a quiet area, this apartment is about 300m from Lotto metro station. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Communication with owner/managers was great and I would stay there again.

The double bed was a bit soft but other than that everything else was great.

6 / 10
