THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Our home is nestled in the historic neighborhood near Hyde Park, on a quiet, residential street of beautiful architecture and Kansas City culture, just minutes from the main hub of restaurants, museums, and attractions. A short drive takes you to some of the best Kansas City BBQ joints, and we're conveniently close to the Chiefs' stadium for game days.

GUEST ACCESS
During your stay, you'll have full access to the entire property, including the backyard, where you can enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor amenities. The laundry is located in the basement — guests have access to it, however the basement is not finished and we ask that you only use the washer and dryer down there. Please reach out for the basement door code when needed.

HOUSE RULES
• Please respect our neighbors and be mindful of quiet hours.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• The maximum occupancy is 8 guests; no additional visitors are permitted.
• Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited.
• No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed anywhere on the property.
• We welcome one well-behaved pet with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure your pet is supervised and cleaned up after at all times.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Our neighbors are very sensitive to noise — to respect the peace in the community we have noise monitoring devices indoors and outdoors. These devices do not record audio but measure decibel levels to ensure they're in line with neighborhood restrictions and quiet hours.

PET RULES & ETIQUETTE
Pet limit: A maximum of one pet is allowed.
Furniture: Pets are not permitted on beds, sofas, or other furniture.
Cleanliness: Before checkout, please ensure there is no pet hair, urine, or feces anywhere inside the house or on the property.
Additional cleaning fees: The pet fee covers permission to bring your pet, not extra cleaning. If excessive pet hair, mess, urine, or feces is found after checkout, additional cleaning charges will apply.
Undeclared pets: Bringing a pet without informing us and receiving approval will result in a $500 fine.
