Overall pleasure shame about other guests but when spoken to staff we felt at ease

The only honest thing that we liked about it was its location, right near the St John's shopping centre and that the car park was also a 5 minute walk

The entrance to the property was up a steep flight of stairs with no handrail, damp on the walls and generally dirty and unwelcoming. We were told to look for apartment 1, however there were no numbers on the two doors we came across. Once we found the correct door, we came into a communal living, dining, kitchen area. Nowhere in the original description was there mention of a communal area. The descriptions indicated that each 'apartment' had its own tv, kitchen area. We then found the two 'apartments' we had been allocated. The numbers on the doors were tacked on with a piece of paper!! The room with the double bed had no room either side of the bed, so our friend had to slide down the bed to access the extremely tiny bathroom. He could only just access the toilet. There was also no window in this room. The twin room was slightly larger, but nowhere to put anything next to the bed. The bathroom was also slightly larger, although, again, nowhere to put anything and there was no hot water from the tap in the sink. The heater wasn't attached to the wall. We eventually found what was supposed to be the wardrobe, which only had 2 hangers. In all honesty, these cannot be described as apartments, but more like a hostel or an HMO. The whole place was filthy and our friend said that even his bedding had stains on it. We definitely would NOT recommend staying here. They say you get what you pay for, and maybe we should have realised at £56 per night, but the description and picture on the platform are extremely misleading.

Ideal para quiene andan todo el día y solo necesitan un baño (mínimo) y una cama. Además tiene un buen lugar donde descansar y tomar un café.
