DO NOT STAY HERE – EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNSAFE EXPERIENCE

The positive things that were there are nothing compared to the damage suffered.

Our stay at this property was a complete nightmare from start to finish. I strongly advise anyone to stay away. We were four girls traveling and had booked the apartment from April 29 to May 2. Before arrival, the host sent incomplete self check-in instructions, failing to provide the apartment number and floor. A video suggested the apartment was on the second floor, but there were multiple units and no clear indication of which one was ours. After trying unsuccessfully to access the apartment, we attempted to contact the host via phone and WhatsApp for over an hour with no response. We were forced to contact Booking.com, who informed us that if the host did not reply within 45 minutes, the reservation would be cancelled and refunded. At that point—already late in the evening—we took matters into our own hands and tried the access code on every floor, eventually finding our apartment on the 6th floor. The host later dismissed this serious issue as a “misunderstanding,” which is simply unacceptable. Things escalated dramatically on May 1st. The host informed us that cleaners had entered the apartment and were surprised to find our belongings, as he believed our reservation had been cancelled. Despite this confusion being entirely due to his lack of communication, he had already re-rented the apartment to new guests. Those guests attempted to force their way into the apartment, becoming aggressive and even breaking in while all our belongings were inside. We were told not to return because the situation was escalating and the police had supposedly been called (which turned out to be false—we had to call them ourselves). When we arrived close to 1 AM, the apartment had already been broken into. We were robbed and ultimately forced out of the property at 3 AM. The host refused to provide a refund or alternative accommodation, falsely claiming that we chose to leave.

Este foarte aproape de stația de metrou Urgel. Terasa este un mare plus pentru perioadele din an in care poti sa te bucuri de vremea plăcută de afară. Comunicarea cu cei care se ocupă de licatie a fost de nota 11 :). Apartamentul este dotat cu tot ce trebuie iar zona este una liniștită dar cu acces foarte în apropiere la supermarketuri si terase.

Este foarte aproape de stația de metrou Urgel. Terasa este un mare plus pentru perioadele din an in care poti sa te bucuri de vremea plăcută de afară. Comunicarea cu cei care se ocupă de licatie a fost de nota 11 :). Apartamentul este dotat cu tot ce trebuie iar zona este una liniștită dar cu acces foarte în apropiere la supermarketuri si terase.
