POOL. Located in an incomparably fantastic panoramic setting, the vacation villa’s pool measures 6x12 m with a variable depth of 1.20–2.50 m. Bathed in sunlight all day long, it overlooks the valley, and there can be no more beautiful view than the one from here. Lounge chairs and an outdoor shower are provided, and there is also a covered area with a table and benches. The pool is located below the Tuscan vacation home and is fenced off to keep children safe.
GARDEN. The garden of this Tuscan vacation home boasts an abundance of Mediterranean plants; the imposing ancient cypress trees lining the driveway are just one striking example. Lavender, rosemary, sage, all kinds of herb and ornamental plants, roses, flowers, olive trees, and much more. The garden area is fenced in.

BATHROOMS. Each of the 5 bedrooms in this Tuscan vacation villa has its own ensuite bathroom; there is also a guest restroom with a sink on the first floor, and the washing machine is located in a separate room.
LIVING ROOM. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with 4 sofas in front of a fireplace; there is also a dining table with chairs for the entire group, satellite TV, and a grand piano; large glass doors lead directly outside to the covered terrace in front, where meals can be enjoyed while taking in a panoramic view of the entire impressive surrounding countryside—meadows, fields, forests, and here and there small villages scattered like toys. Enjoying a cappuccino, a glass of Prosecco, or a fine Tuscan wine in this idyllic setting with its incomparable view is worth the entire trip in itself! Another smaller living area, also on the first floor, features a kitchenette, a dining table, and a double sofa bed. In one corner of the room, there is a desk right under the window facing the valley—for anyone who needs to work or study from time to time even while on vacation, this is the most enchanting spot in the world.
KITCHEN. On the first floor of this Tuscan vacation villa, there is one kitchen equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and sink. Outside, there’s a Weber grill if you’d like to host a summer barbecue.

NEARBY. The provincial capital, Arezzo, is about a 20-minute drive away; this ancient Etruscan city is definitely worth a visit, with lovely shops, elegant boutiques, an imposing cathedral, and the Church of San Francesco with its famous frescoes by Piero della Francesca—a “must” for art lovers. On the first weekend of every month, the city hosts an antiques fair famous far beyond its borders; in the narrow streets of the old town, hundreds of vendors from all over the world offer their wares for sale. If you’re lucky, you can find a truly fine antique piece, but even just strolling around and browsing has its charm, as there’s a special atmosphere throughout the city on these days. Half an hour’s drive from Arezzo, outlet shopping enthusiasts can visit the Valdichiana Village, set in a beautiful setting. Here you won’t find luxury designer goods from Dior, Versace, and the like, but rather top-quality items from reputable Italian brands—things you need, wear, and use every day—at affordable, heavily discounted prices.
