We really loved our stay in this apartment. Communication with the host was excellent, a few items were missing from the kitchen but they were quickly delivered after we asked for them. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had lovely views from the 2 balconies. It was a 24 minute walk from the train station and same walking time to the duomo. An excellent supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. We would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Milan.
Nothing, the missing items from the kitchen were provided promptly.

The host was outstanding. We arrived before the official check-in time, when the door access wasn't active yet, so we sent her a message. She replied right away and made the apartment available early for us. She also called to check whether we needed help setting up the extra bed. We didn't, but it was a really thoughtful touch. When we asked for a late checkout, she kindly gave us an extra hour, which helped us a lot. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, and the location was great

A wonderful, clean place. Vicky is a fantastic and helpful person. The apartment is lovely, air-conditioned, and very secure; it is close to the Duomo, situated on a nice street with great nearby restaurants. I would certainly repeat the experience with her.
