It was such a pity as the apartment is very well designed and I can get past the low quantity of towels, cutlery and cup

It is very spacious and elegantly decorated in a great location

The air conditioning is controlled by the owner who has it set at a maximum time of 90 mins and at 24 degrees. The additional pillows had no pillowcases and the towels were inadequate in quantity for 2 people for 3 nights in intensive heat.

Nico try to help us

Location

Nico was very kind and responsive throughout our stay, and we truly appreciate his efforts. Unfortunately, the apartment itself made our stay very stressful. We were welcomed with the disappointing news that the owner controls the air conditioning remotely and only turns it on during part of the night. When we arrived, the apartment was 29°C (84°F). The air conditioning was only available approximately from 12:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m., after which the apartment became unbearably hot. It was extremely uncomfortable, especially during the summer. Although a technician was sent, the problem was never resolved. On the third day, when we used the washing machine, the electricity in the entire apartment went out. We also noticed that using the hair dryer caused the apartment to heat up even more, making the situation worse. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we spent a significant amount of time contacting both Booking.com and Nico, trying to get these issues resolved. Unfortunately, no effective solution was provided during our stay. We were also promised a partial refund because of these inconveniences, but it never happened. It is a shame because Nico did everything he could, but the owner’s management of the apartment and the unresolved maintenance issues made this one of the most uncomfortable stays we have experienced. I would not recommend this property unless these problems are permanently fixed.

Quiet, central location, modern apartment

I met Javier to get the keys, he was on time. It's a quite new appartment, modern, quite large, it has a small garden. Close to 2 tram stations, a bunch of restaurants and bakeries nearby. Quiet location.

Not a big deal, but some chairs and a small table would make the garden nicer. The ventilation in bedroom was somehow broken, it kept on stoping and restarting after a few seconds. My workaround was to turn off the fuse during the night. I let them know about it, they plan to fix it asap, not a big deal as well.
