BEWARE: Misleading Property Description, Poor Cleanliness, Ongoing Construction, and Serious Health

Nothing. False description

Although the apartment itself appears fairly new and recently renovated, the overall condition of the property was extremely disappointing and certainly did not reflect the high ratings advertised. The cleanliness of the unit was questionable. The furniture, kitchen utensils, and supposedly clean towels did not meet basic cleanliness standards. One of the towels was still rolled up with its original store tag attached, which made us seriously question whether the towels were being properly washed and sanitized between guests. The pots and pans were noticeably worn and in poor condition. This is simply not how a highly rated rental property should be presented to paying guests. The surrounding neighborhood was also disappointing, with graffiti on the side of the building. More concerning, however, was the neglected condition of the building's common areas. The entrance mat was filthy, the corridors and stairwell were covered in dust, the stairwell windows were dirty, and even the artificial plants were coated in construction dust. The most serious issue was the ongoing construction inside the building, which was never disclosed to us before our arrival. There was no adequate ventilation to clear the airborne dust circulating throughout the stairwell and common areas. This created an unhealthy environment, particularly for anyone with respiratory conditions. Unfortunately, my asthma was triggered by the excessive dust exposure, and we were forced to vacate the apartment after just one night due to medical concerns. This completely disrupted our family vacation and forced us to find alternative accommodations at our own expense. What made the experience even more unacceptable was the property owner's response. Rather than acknowledging the construction, the owner claimed that there was no construction taking place and that workers were merely moving furniture into apartment 2B.

Worthl stay. Good apparentments. I would rent again

Really good value. Better than to stay in hotel. It has everything I need for short stay. AC is good. Nice to have balcony. I stayed for two days only

Suficiente espacio, limpio y muy bien equipado. Recomiendo mucho este lugar para una visita en Madrid. Estación de Metro y supermercado se encuentran a un par de minutos a pie!
