Loved this location. My sons and I stayed here for just a few nights in June for a quick visit to Florence and this apartment was perfect comfortable for us. Could easily walk to everything and enjoyed our stay.

The location is fantastic! Everything is within walking distance. This apartment comfortably accommodates four people. However, be cautious of the stairs; there’s no elevator, and the apartment appears to be on the fourth floor. The host was very communicative and promptly guided us to our destination.
We rated the cleanliness a 3 because it seemed quite superficial. Nevertheless, the beds were clean and comfortable.
I would definitely return!

While the apartment is spacious for three guests and benefits from having two bathrooms, the unit is a bit dated and requires a more thorough cleaning (barhrooms, shower); several appliances (refrigerator, toaster oven) either had issues or were non-functional during our stay.
The primary issue was communication. The host, Jacqueline, was unresponsive, often taking days to reply. Despite the listing's promises, no check-in details were provided. When I reached out to coordinate my arrival, the host attempted to charge an undisclosed "late check-in fee" and became belligerent when I provided screenshots showing the fee was not in the listing. I had issues with multiple undisclosed fees with this listing.
Note on Location: While close to the Ponte Vecchio, it is a significant distance from the train station—something to consider if you are traveling with luggage or in inclement weather.
